Reinventions, Updates, and Crawfish Boils

A quick update on what you can expect at The Louisiana

Lockdown after lockdown has left its marks on the bar and restaurant industry. This is no different for The Louisiana Lobstershack. To survive, we had to let go of a significant part of our team to thrive once again. We also had to re-invent ourselves. Here’s a summary of what you can expect from us in the time to come.

Grand Re-Opening April 1st, 2022

On Friday, April 1st The Louisiana will present a new menu consisting of traditional Louisiana dishes, fresh seafood, and amazing Lobster Deals! Building a team and creating a menu is not something we take lightly, so we take our time to do it. In the next two months, February and March, we will be trying out new dishes and experimenting with the flavours of both food and drinks. This we will do on weekdays, so for the weekends, we are open with a ‘pop-up’ concept true to our Louisiana roots: The Crawfish Boil.

Up to the end of March, open only on Friday and Saturday evenings, we don’t offer any a la carte options, only the ‘as much as you can eat’ crawfish boil and BBQ, available from the buffet located on the patio. All of this, plus a complimentary Hurricane cocktail on entry, will set you back for just €35.

Live Music

Every Friday and Saturday starting at 20:30, there will be Live Music. You can choose to stay after the crawfish boil or just walk in as you desire, as the bar will be open to anyone to have a drink.

Opening and Shift Times

General opening times are 18:00 – 22:00. The buffet is open between 18:00 and 20:30. Book your spot and be sure to select your arrival time between 18:00 and 19:30. Please note that the buffet closes at 20:30 regardless of the time of your arrival.
